Scope
This policy covers the website at fayaworks.com, operated by Fayaworks Technologies Ltd, registration number CS236312018, Accra, Ghana. It does not cover software we build for clients, which is governed by the agreements for that work.
What this site collects
Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no contact form and no third-party scripts. Styling is written into each page, and your browser loads nothing from anyone else while you read it.
The home page carries one short script of our own, which copies our email address to your clipboard when you press the copy button beside it. It runs only when you press that button, and it sends nothing anywhere.
Server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, which records request metadata such as IP address, timestamp, user agent and requested URL, for delivery and abuse prevention. That processing is Cloudflare's own, under Cloudflare's terms. Fayaworks does not build profiles from it.
Messages sent to hello@fayaworks.com are kept for as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and any business relationship that follows. They are not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data we hold about you. Write to hello@fayaworks.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the foot of this page changes with it.
